Promotion of basic plan for SMH (Smart Maintenance Highway) realization

Introduction of technology for sophistication of measures against snow and ice
In order to provide customers with a safe and comfortable driving environment, road surface anti-freezing work (spraying of anti-freezing agents) plays an important role. Therefore, in order to grasp the condition of the road quantitatively, we installed a road surface condition discrimination system (CAIS®) on a vehicle that travels snow and ice at a cycle of 3 to 4 hours.
