I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to the people affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.

At our company, we will continue to support everyone who is working hard to restore living while having various difficulties accompanying the disaster, and also is committed to the restoration and reconstruction of the region.

We have made every effort to restore the Expressway damaged by the earthquake and completed it by the end of 2012. In addition, between the Joban Tomioka IC and the Namie IC on the Joban Expressway which had received great expectations from local residents, opened on March 1, 2015, and the entire Joban Expressway was opened. In addition, the Okuma IC will be opened in March 2019, and in the future we will support the reconstruction of the region, such as the opening of the Joban Expressway to four lanes and the opening of the Joban Futaba IC.

The free measures for those who lived in areas where the nuclear power plant has been violated have been extended until March 31, 2021 (Wednesday). Please note that if you do not have the "Hometown Return Passenger Card", free measures will not be applied.

Please note that the Yellow Hometown Return Pass Card currently in use will not be available after April 2020. We send new "hometown return card" sequentially to all of you using.

Free measures for mothers and children evacuated from the nuclear accident have been extended until March 31, 2021 (Wednesday).
