public relations
We produce TV commercials with the goal of getting people to like the company "NEXCO EAST" and understand our business. We work with advertising agencies to decide on the story, performers, music, etc., and we also attend filming and editing to create the commercials. Because we have the influence to convey a message to many people, the responsibility and challenge are great, and the sense of accomplishment when you actually see a commercial you were involved in broadcast on TV is special.

Personnel and Welfare
In order to develop human resources, we have established systems such as training, assistance for obtaining qualifications, and support for studying abroad and domestically. In addition, as a new initiative, in April 2022, we established the Sendai campus of the Graduate School of Project Design, operated by the Advanced Educational Institute, with the support of our company. With the aim of supporting the reconstruction of the Tohoku region, revitalizing the region, and developing human resources who can contribute to the development of new businesses, we are also sending many employees to the graduate school's master's course and various project research.
