We would like to inform you about the full-year profit and loss outlook for Reiwa 3 and the outline of the interim financial results of NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).
The full-year profit and loss forecast is for one year from April 1, 3rd year of Reiwa to March 31, 4th year of Reiwa, and the interim settlement is for half a year from April 1st, 3rd year of Reiwa to September 30th, 3rd year of Reiwa. Is the target period.

  1. In the Expressway business, toll revenue is expected to increase due to growth in traffic volume compared to the previous year, but due to the application of "Accounting Standards for Revenue Recognition", etc., it will decrease by 3.3 billion yen from the previous year to 711.0 billion yen. Operating revenue, including road asset completion, is expected to decrease by 163.1 billion yen from the previous fiscal year to 965 billion yen.
    Operating expenses are expected to decrease by 157.3 billion yen from the previous fiscal year to 972.6 billion yen due to a decrease in road asset completion costs and management costs.
    As a result, we expect an operating loss of 7.6 billion yen (an operating loss of 1.8 billion yen in the previous fiscal year).
