　ラバコーン等による工事規制に比べ、仮設防護柵による車両の進入抑止、走行車両への視線誘導効果、作業箇所と走行車線が区分されることによる作業員の安心感向上など、工事規制内の作業員の安全性が大幅に向上することが期待されます。
　また、仮設防護柵（一連32m分）は4tonユニック車1台に積載可能で、仮設防護柵の下部に設けた切り欠き部を活用しハンドリフトを用いて移動が可能です。
