Expressway business permit (December 5, 2025)

Based on the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 6 of the Road Construction Special Measures Act, East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. applied to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for changes to Expressway business conducted by the company, and received approval on December 5, 2025.
The permissions are as follows:
The contents of the permit are based on the contents of an agreement amending part of the Expressway business agreement that our company concluded with the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency on November 27, 2025.
