(Germany) Partial amendment of agreement with Japan Expressway Ownership and Debt Repayment Organization
East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. and the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Organization entered into an agreement on March 31, 18 based on the provisions of Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Expressway Companies Act (Law No. 99 of Heisei 16) and Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Holding and Debt Repayment Organization Act of Japan Expressway (Law No. 100 of Heisei 16). High-speed automobile national highway, Hokkaido Jukan Expressway, Hakodate Nayoro Line, etc.", an agreement was concluded on April 6, Reiwa 8.
