East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. applied to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for a change to its Expressway business operations, based on Article 3, Paragraph 6 of the Special Measures Act for Road Improvement, and received permission on April 10, 2026.
