Section 1 Transfer adjustments due to suspension of traffic

• Handling of connections on Expressway entrance ticket system

  Article 34

  利用者が、入口発券方式の高速道路において、事故、異常気象、工事等による高速道路の通行止めにより、高速道路上に設置した道路情報板その他の方法により当社が指定したインターチェンジ等から退出した場合、当該通行止めがなければ退出前の通行券を使用して通行できる高速道路等（この章において｢連続区間｣といいます。）に乗り継ぐときには所定の料金調整（以下｢乗継調整｣といいます。）を行います。

  入口発券方式の高速道路において、通行止めにより当社が指定したインターチェンジ等から退出し、連続区間に乗り継ごうとする利用者が当該インターチェンジ等の出口料金徴収施設において当社の係員にその旨を申し出たときは、高速道路通行止め乗継証明書（以下｢乗継証明書｣といいます。）を交付します。

  2 利用者は、乗継証明書を濡らし、折り曲げ、汚損し、書き込みをする等の行為を行ってはなりません。

  3 利用者は、対価の有無にかかわらず乗継証明書を譲渡してはなりません。

  Article 36

  乗継調整を受けようとする利用者は、連続区間に乗り継ぎ後、最初に料金を支払う出口料金徴収施設において、当社の係員に通行券とともに乗継証明書を提出しなければなりません。ただし、当該出口料金徴収施設に料金精算機が設置されている場合は、利用者は、当社の係員の指示に従って、料金の支払いに先立ち、乗継証明書及び通行券を所定の挿入口に乗継証明書、通行券の順に挿入しなければなりません。

  2 Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it is not possible to undergo transit adjustments using a transit certificate at smart interchanges.

• Range of transit adjustment

  Article 37

  乗継調整は、乗継証明書の交付を受けた車両が、連続区間を順方向（当該通行止めがなければ通行できる方向をいいます。以下同じです。）に乗り継いだ場合、乗継証明書の交付1回につき1回に限り適用します。ただし、当社が連続区間の通行について、順方向以外に向けた通行を認めた場合は、当該順方向以外に向けた通行においても、乗継調整を行います。

  Article 38

  利用者が、単純支払方式の高速道路において、事故、異常気象、工事等による高速道路の通行止めにより、高速道路上に設置した道路情報板その他の方法により当社が退出を指定したインターチェンジ等から退出したとき、退出前に通行していた高速道路と同一の料金を設定している区間（以下「同一区間」といいます。）に乗り継ぐ場合には退出前及び退出後の通行をあわせて1回の通行とみなした乗継措置（以下｢乗継措置｣といいます。）を行います。

  単純支払方式の高速道路において、通行止めにより当社が指定したインターチェンジ等から退出し、同一区間に乗り継ごうとする利用者が退出する直前の料金徴収施設において当社の係員にその旨を申し出たときは、所定の乗継券（以下｢乗継券｣といいます。）を交付し、又はそれに代わる措置を実施します。

  2 利用者は、乗継券を濡らし、折り曲げ、汚損し、書き込みをする等の行為を行ってはなりません。

  3 利用者は、対価の有無にかかわらず乗継券を譲渡してはなりません。

  第40条

  乗継措置を受けようとする利用者で、前条の定めにより乗継券を交付された利用者は、同一区間に乗り継ぎ後、最初に料金を支払う料金徴収施設において、当社の係員に乗継券を提出しなければなりません。ただし、当該料金徴収施設に料金精算機が設置されている場合は、利用者は、当社の係員の指示に従って、乗継券を提出しなければなりません。

  第41条

  乗継措置は、乗継券の交付を受けた車両が、同一区間を順方向に乗り継いだ場合、乗継券の交付1回につき1回に限り適用します。ただし、当社が同一区間の通行について、反対方向の通行を認めた場合は、当該反対方向の通行においても、乗継措置を行います。

  2 単純支払方式の高速道路において、第39条に定める乗継券の交付若しくはそれに代わる措置を開始する以前に当該乗継券を交付若しくはそれに代わる措置を実施する料金徴収施設を通過したため、乗継券の交付若しくはそれに代わる措置の案内を受けられなかった利用者又は第39条の定めにより当社が乗継券の交付に代わる措置を案内した利用者にあっては、通行止めにより当社が指定したインターチェンジ等から退出し、同一区間に乗り継いだ直後の料金徴収施設において、乗継措置に必要な事項を確認できた場合は、乗継券の提出があったものとみなして乗継措置を適用します。

  第43条

  ETCシステムを利用して通行する利用者は、ETCシステムの無線通信等により所定の条件を満たした乗り継ぎを行った場合は、乗継証明書等の交付を受けることなく、乗継調整及び乗継措置の適用を受けることができます。

Section 3 Charges for vehicles whose vehicle type has been changed during an interchange

  Article 46

  When the toll car type is changed due to the connection with the towed vehicle while the vehicle is in an interchange, etc. on the entrance ticketing type Expressway, the direction of travel is opposite to the direction where the towed vehicle is connected. If the toll car type is changed due to disconnection, etc., it is considered that the car has changed from the most recent interchange, etc. The fee will be deemed to have been paid.

  2 Due to other circumstances, if the fare type is different between interchanges etc., the preceding paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis.

Section 4 Vehicles that have turned between interchanges, etc. (Expressway with an entrance ticket system)

  第47条

  入口発券方式の高速道路において、通行止めその他の理由で当社の指示により本線上で転回する場合に出口料金徴収施設で支払う料金は、進入インターチェンジ等から、退出するインターチェンジ等までの料金とします。

  入口発券方式の高速道路において、出口料金徴収施設を通過することなくインターチェンジ等の内側で転回し、再度本線に進入した場合の料金は、転回したインターチェンジ等で退出し、再度当該インターチェンジ等から進入したものとみなし、進入したインターチェンジ等から転回したインターチェンジ等までの料金と転回したインターチェンジ等から退出したインターチェンジ等までの料金の合算額とします。

  前条の規定にかかわらず、通行止めその他の理由により当社が指定したインターチェンジ等から退出した場合において、利用者が進入したインターチェンジ等に引き返すことを希望し、当社の係員の指示によりインターチェンジ等の内側又は外側で転回することができる場合、最後に退出したインターチェンジ等の出口料金徴収施設で支払う料金は、進入したインターチェンジ等から最後に退出したインターチェンジ等までの料金とします。

第6節 インターチェンジ等の間での転回（単純支払方式の道路）

  2 利用者が指定されたインターチェンジ等から退出した（前項で特別転回証明書の交付を受けている場合は、当該証明書を提示又は提出した）場合において、当該利用者がすでに当該通行区間の料金を支払っているときは、払戻しを行います。なお、当該通行区間の料金を支払っていないときは、当該指定された料金徴収施設で料金を支払うことなく通過できます。

  第52条

  In the case of an entrance ticketing-type Expressway that includes a round trip between the entering interchange and the exiting exit, it is considered as one run from the approaching interchange and the like until it returns to the overlapping point. From the overlapped point to the exits such as exits, it will be treated as another run.
