第53条

料金所における供用約款第9条に規定する当社の係員の指示は、口頭、看板、信号灯、案内板、旗等を用いて行います。

3 The Company shall not be liable for any damages or disadvantages caused to the user if he / she does not follow the instructions of our staff.

第54条

When a user falls under any of the following items, he / she must notify the staff at the toll gate to that effect.

1. 一入口料金所又は単純支払方式の高速道路の料金所において、当社の事情により、ETCシステムを利用して無線通信による通行ができなかった場合で、法第25条第1項の規定により当社が公告した高速道路の料金の割引制度の適用を受けようとするとき。ただし、第28条から第32条までに定める割引制度は除きます。

3. three When the vehicle type is changed between the interchanges, etc. specified in Article 46 (1) and (2).
4. Four When turning inside an interchange, etc. specified in Article 49.

Article 55

If the user can prove that there is an error in the items that the receipt etc. prove, or if it can be confirmed that the error is due to the records etc. held by the Company, the fee based on the proved facts And the difference in the collected charges will be settled.

2 The user cannot claim the refund from the preceding paragraph when one year has passed since the day following the day on which the reason occurred.

3 The amount of refund is limited to the amount actually paid.

Article 56

第13条第4項、第15条第4項、第51条第2項及び前条第1項に定める差額の返還又は払戻しは、当該通行における支払手段毎に次のとおり取扱います。

1. 一現金　当該額を現金により取扱います。
2. 二クレジットカード　当該額の請求の修正を行います。
3. 三ETCカード　当該額の請求の修正を行います。
4. 四回数券　当該通行に際して使用した回数券と同等の回数券を返却します。
5. 五第24条に定める前売通行券　当該通行に際して使用した前売通行券の補助券等を返却します。
6. 六第18条第1項に定める未納金及び第25条の2第2項に定める後日支払い料金　当該額を現金により取扱います。

第57条

当社がこの規則に基づき収集した個人情報は、当社が定める個人情報保護に関する基本方針にしたがって、適切に取扱います。

Article 58

当社は、この規則を改正する場合、この規則を改正する旨及び改正後の規則の内容並びにその効力発生日（以下「改正内容等」という。）を当社のホームページに掲示し、改正内容等を記載した書面又は記録した電磁的記録を料金所事務室に備え付け、周知します。

2 前項により掲示し、周知した効力発生日以降は、改正後の規定を適用します。ただし、当該掲示によりこれと異なる規定を行った場合は、当該規定により適用します。
