Article 1

Automobiles and other vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "traffic vehicles") passed by the driver under the provisions of Article 24, Paragraph 1 of the Act must pass through the Expressway toll collection facility and its vicinity in accordance with this traffic method. must.

Article 2

The meaning of the terms in this method of passage is as stipulated in Article 13 of the Law and the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Special Measures for Road Maintenance (Ministry of Construction Ordinance No. 18, 1931).

Article 3

特定措置専用施設における通行方法

Article 10

特定措置専用施設における通行方法は、次の各号に定めるとおりとする。

一通行車両は、係員による停止すべき旨の指示がある場合には当該指示に従って、標識その他の方法による停止すべき旨の表示がある場合には当該表示に従って、停止しなければならない。
二通行車両は、料金の徴収のために必要な通行車両の通行に関する情報の記録後に、係員が発進を承諾するまでの間は発進してはならない。

Article 12

Passing methods at ETC / general common mechanical facilities shall be as specified in the following items.

2 In accordance with the classification defined in Articles 6 to 8, the vehicle, not equipped with ETC, shall pass through, pursuant to the ways of passing stipulated by those Articles.

ETC・特定措置共通施設における通行方法

Article 13

ETC・特定措置共通施設における通行方法は、次の各号に定めるとおりとする。

一ETC通行車は、第11条第一号に定める通行方法により、通行しなければならない。
二ETC通行車以外の通行車両は、第10条に定める通行方法により、通行しなければならない。
