NEXCO東日本北海道支社札幌管理事務所（北広島市）は、E5道央自動車道 輪厚パーキングエリア（PA）（上り線・千歳方向）の駐車場バリアフリー化及び舗装工事に伴い、駐車場・EV急速充電スタンドの一部を利用制限します。
お客さまにはご不便ご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解ご協力をお願いします。

- Restrictions on some parking spaces (June 11, 2018-late November)
- Moving disabled / motorcycle parking lots to general parking lots (late September to early October 2018)
- Suspension of use of EV quick charging stand (mid-October 2018)
- Parking area closed at night (early November 2018)

In addition, we will inform you again about the days when the EV quick charging stand is suspended and the parking area is closed at night.
1 construction period
From June 11, 2018 to the end of November 2018
* If construction cannot be performed due to stormy weather, the construction period will be postponed.
Construction will be suspended on Sundays.

3 Construction details
We will make the parking lot barrier-free and repair the pavement.
The sidewalk will be carried out from 7:00 to 19:00 in the morning, and the pavement repair of the parking lot will be carried out sequentially from 20:00 to 7:00 in the construction area.
Note that some parking spaces are restricted throughout the day and night, so the number of parking spaces may be reduced to approximately 70% of the previous number.

* Some usage restrictions will be applied on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the day.
* The construction period may change depending on the weather and work progress.

4 Facilities that can be used during the construction period
Due to construction work, some parking spaces will be restricted, but the following facilities are available.

- Commercial facilities (restaurants, shops, snack corners, food courts, etc.)
