NEXCO EAST Utsunomiya Administration Office (Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture), E4 Tohoku Expressway (Out-bound line) between Tochigi IC ⇒ Kanuma IC and Kanuma IC ⇒ Utsunomiya IC, Tochigi Prefectural Police will carry out the following road closures in order to carry out re-evaluation of the accident.
