協定締結を希望する者を公募します。
協定締結を希望する者は、『東日本高速道路株式会社関東支社所管施設の災害時における災害応急復旧業務に関する協定』締結者の公募（説明書）に定める申請書により、応募申請書を作成し提出願います。
応募申請書を提出した者であって応募資格を有し、東日本高速道路株式会社関東支社が選定した者と協定を締結します。
なお、本件協定締結の公募は、工事発注ではありませんので入札は行いません。
