NEXCO EAST will continue to take special measures (Large of use) for advance payments for ordered construction in FY2023.

Eligible down payments

Advance payments for construction work for which a new contract is to be concluded between April 1, 2008 and 2024 March 31, 2023, and for which payment is to be made between April 1, 2023 and 2024 March 31, 2012.

Details of Large use

Large the use of the prepayment and include the expenses required for the construction work, such as site management expenses and general management expenses.

(Note 1)
The maximum amount of the prepayment to be allocated to these is 25/100 of the prepayment amount.
(Note 2)
This special measure can also be applied to works for which a contract has already been concluded.
In that case, you need to change the contract contract, so please consult the contract department in charge of the contract.
