It has been confirmed that there was an error in the contract price limit due to a calculation error in the "Slope Drainage Design within the Jurisdiction of the Obihiro Management Office" contract concluded by the Hokkaido Regional Head Office East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd., Ltd. on August 6, 2026. Accordingly, we would like to inform you that we have terminated the contract with the contractor for the said survey and related work.
We sincerely apologize to our clients and all other participants in the competition for the great inconvenience caused.
Going forward, we will further strengthen our checking system and strive to prevent recurrence.

The contract is based on a conditional general competitive bidding comprehensive evaluation bidding method (comprehensive evaluation of "price evaluation points" based on bid prices within the contract price limit and "technical evaluation points" based on technical proposals etc.) However, if the bid/bid opening is executed based on the contract limit price set through appropriate cost estimation, another competitive participant will become the successful bidder. As a result, we have canceled the contract.
