From 15:50 April 1, 2014 (Tuesday) to 17:19 April 2 (Wednesday), it occurred on the Tohoku Expressway Sukagawa Toll Gate exit general lane (lane 3: right side) Due to a system error, we received an incorrect toll from customers (3 vehicles) with discount for persons with disabilities who used the same lane during the relevant time period.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers, and we will take the utmost care so that we will not experience the same in the future.
