After July 1, 3rd year of Reiwa, a new dedicated website for issuing volunteer vehicle certificates ^* will be opened at each Expressway company, and from the same site, "Disaster Volunteer Vehicle Expressway Passage Certificate" (Hereinafter referred to as "certificate") "will be changed to the method of obtaining".
With this change, it is no longer necessary to fill in the required items on the "Volunteer Vehicle Certificate", and you will be able to obtain the outbound and inbound certificate at once.

Certificate issuance flow (from July 1, 3rd year of Reiwa)

1. Expressway measures for disaster volunteer vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "users") access the issuing system and access the "Disaster Volunteer Vehicle Expressway Passage Certificate Usage Agreement" and each Expressway company. After agreeing to the handling of personal information specified by, register the necessary items in the input form.
2. After registration is complete, the user prints the issued certificate and uses it.
