Due to a mail delivery problem that occurred from 20:00 on May 16th (Monday) to 5:30 on May 17th (Tuesday), the mail delivery service was stopped, but the system malfunctioned. Was resolved, and the mail delivery service was resumed around 12:00 on May 24 (Tuesday).
