At the NEXCO EAST Keihin Management Office (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), in order to use the rest facilities more safely and comfortably, E83 Daisan Daisan-Keihin Road (hereinafter "Daisan Keihin") Tsuzuki Parking Area (hereinafter "Tsuzuki") PA”) On the In-bound line, we will implement barrier-free construction of the parking lot.
We apologize for the inconvenience and inconvenience for our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1. 1. Restricted points and date and time

   January 30, 2023 to mid-July (planned)
   All day (24 hours)
   • Also available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. In addition, the period may change depending on the progress of the construction.
   • During the Golden Week (GW) period, there will be no restrictions on the use of some parking lots.

2. Overview of usage restrictions

Due to barrier-free construction of the parking lot, a temporary fence will be installed in some areas of the parking lot, so some areas cannot be parked. Due to the installation of some restricted areas, the number of parking spaces will be reduced by about 30% during the construction period.
Please note that during the period when some parking lots are restricted, the restricted areas will differ depending on the time.

3. Construction overview

At the Daisan Keihin Tsuzuki PA (In-bound line), we will implement barrier-free construction to eliminate the difference in level between the parking lot and the sidewalk of the rest facility.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of the Expressway.

Four. Available facilities

Due to the construction, some parking lots will be restricted, but all facilities such as restrooms and commercial facilities can be used as usual. The parking lot is expected to be congested due to usage restrictions, so please consider using the following SAs and PAs.
