NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu Ward, Sapporo City) will start selling the Dorawari "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Michitoku Free Pass" (abbreviated as "Dotoku") for use from November 2023 to March 2024 from 2:00 pm today. Masu.

1. What is Dora Wari “HOKKAIDO LOVE!
This is a discount product limited to ETC vehicles that allows you to ride as many Expressway as you like in targeted areas within Hokkaido for a fixed price. From November 2023 to March 2024, you can enjoy Expressway on Expressway in three areas in Hokkaido for two to three days at a fixed price.
Until last year, this product was sold as the "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Winter Toku Free Pass," and from this year, it will be sold as a road benefit, depending on the season, from spring to autumn (April to October) and winter (November). -March) and is available year-round. Please enjoy Hokkaido, full of the charms of nature, with Dotoku.

- The routes shown in gray are free sections of Expressway under the jurisdiction of the Hokkaido Development Bureau.
Five. How to apply
Applications will be accepted starting from 2:00 pm today, October 18th (Wednesday). Please apply from "DraPla" before you start using it. You can apply on the same day as long as you are before driving Expressway.
In addition, until October 31, 2023 (Tuesday), you can use the Dorawari "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Dotoku Free Pass" (Expressway in Hokkaido). Please consider this as well.
- Please note that plans cannot be used across October and November.

Precautions for use
1. Precautions for use
- The Expressway in Hokkaido during the winter season may be closed due to sudden changes in the weather and snowfall. Cancellations and refunds are not possible after the start of use of this product, so please check the weather information and traffic information carefully before departure. Cancellation is possible before driving on the Expressway.
- If you drive beyond the target section of the plan you are applying for, you will be charged the normal fare in addition to the fare for this product for driving outside the target section. Please check the target section of the plan you are applying for.
- If you apply for multiple plans at the same time, you will be charged for the multiple plans if you drive within the covered section of each plan even once. Please be careful when applying for multiple plans.
- Even if the toll toll during the period of use is less than the Michitoku toll, the difference will not be refunded. Depending on the distance and time of use, it may be cheaper to use ETC discount than to use Michitoku, so please consider carefully before applying.
2. Request for safe driving in winter
- Road conditions may change suddenly due to temperature differences between day and night, snowfall, etc. Please drive safely according to the weather and road conditions, and equip your vehicle with winter equipment such as winter tires as soon as possible.
- On snowy roads, you lose control of your car with a few driving mistakes. Please refrain from "sudden" operations such as "sudden steering wheel", "sudden acceleration", and "sudden braking", and try to drive carefully.
- In order to avoid being caught in an unexpected blizzard or drifting snow, it is important to gather information not only on the day of your trip, but several days in advance. Check the weather and traffic information in advance with "DraTra".
Scenic Byway is a combination of the adjective Scenic for landscapes and scenes, and Byway, which means sideways and more roads.
This is an initiative aimed at "creating a beautiful landscape," "creating a vibrant community," and "creating an attractive tourist space," in collaboration with the local government and the local government. On each route, we are developing activities that are unique to each region, such as flower planting and cleaning of roads, maintenance of scenic spots recommended by the region, and information dissemination.
