NEXCO EAST Keihin Management Office (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) will be closing the ETC lanes at night to install a connecting walkway for toll booth staff at the entrance to In-bound lane of the E83 Yokohama-Shindo Road Kawakami Interchange (hereinafter "IC"). (During this period, there may be days when the closure is not implemented depending on the progress of the construction.)
　If you are using ETC while the ETC lanes are closed, please hand over your ETC card to the toll booth attendant. You can also pay by cash or credit card.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing yourself plenty of time when heading out.

1. Entrance lane traffic restriction points

Yokohama-Shindo Road Kawakami IC (In-bound) entrance ETC lane

• During the construction period, two of the three lanes will be closed. If only the one "general" lane is in operation, the ETC lane will not be available.

• Attached to each line E83 The indications such as indicate the route number (numbering) of Expressway.

2. Construction period

May 7, 2024 (Tuesday) to late June 2024 (planned) 10pm to 6am each day

• During the above period, there may be days when the work is not carried out depending on the progress of construction.

3. Construction overview

At the entrance to the Yokohama-Shindo Road Kawakami IC (In-bound), construction will be carried out to install a connecting passageway to prevent vehicle collisions between toll booth staff and others in the ETC lane. Two of the three lanes will be closed during the steel frame construction work.
