NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo) and AIRDO Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Sapporo) have extended the sales period for the "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Michitoku Free Pass x Wings of Hokkaido AIRDO Passenger Exclusive Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "this plan"), which allows unlimited use of all Expressway in Hokkaido for a fixed price, until Tuesday, September 30, 2025, due to popular demand.

This plan is available to customers arriving on AIRDO flights arriving at airports within Hokkaido, and offers a better deal than the regular "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Dotoku Free Pass (A Period) *".
We will also continue our survey response campaign. After using this plan, those who respond to the survey will be entered into a drawing to win a round-trip ticket from Tokyo (Haneda) to Sapporo (New Chitose) and AIRDO original goods.
Please take this opportunity to use AIRDO and Expressway to enjoy your trip to Hokkaido to the fullest.

  • You must apply for this plan by the day of boarding your AIRDO flight. Additionally, if you wish to start using this plan on the day of boarding, please complete your application before using Expressway.
usage period April 1, 2020 (Tuesday) - October 3, 2020 (Friday)
  • The final start date for this plan is Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
  • The service will be unavailable from Friday, April 25th, 2025 to Wednesday, May 7th, 2025.
  • The suspension period after July will be announced as soon as it is decided.
Application method
  1. Please reserve and purchase tickets for flights arriving at airports in Hokkaido on the official AIRDO website.
    • You can also use this plan if you have reserved or purchased an eligible flight ticket before the sales start of this plan.
    • Limited to flights with AIRDO flight numbers.
  2. Please proceed to reserve/purchase this plan from the pop-up screen displayed on the "Reservation Details" page on the AIRDO official website, and apply for this plan by the boarding date of your AIRDO flight. You can check the "Reservation Details" page from "Reservation Confirmation" or "My AIRDO Member's My Page." When applying, please set the start date of use of this plan as either the day of boarding or the next day. Additionally, if you wish to start using this plan from the day of boarding, please complete your application before using Expressway.
  3. After arriving in Hokkaido, please use Expressway and enjoy driving around Hokkaido.

  • Benefit facilities are subject to change. Please check the dedicated page for the latest benefit facilities.
Notes
  • This product cannot be cancelled or refunded after you have started using it, so please check the weather and traffic information carefully before setting off. You can cancel the contract before driving on Expressway.
  • Even if the toll fee during the usage period is less than the "Michitoku" fee, the difference will not be refunded. Depending on the distance and time of use, it may be cheaper to use the ETC discount (https://www.driveplaza.com/etc/) than to use this plan, so please consider carefully before applying.

2. Survey response campaign

After using this plan, those who fill out a questionnaire on the website will be entered into a lottery to win a round-trip ticket from Tokyo (Haneda) to Sapporo (New Chitose) and original AIRDO merchandise.
Please note that we plan to start accepting survey responses from customers who used the service on or after Tuesday, April 1, 2025, on the same day.

"Scenic Byway" is a combination of the adjective Scenic of landscape and scene, and Byway that means side road and twist road.

This is an initiative where local communities and local governments work together to create beautiful landscapes, vibrant communities, and attractive tourist spaces, using the roads as a starting point. Each route is undertaking activities unique to the area, such as planting flowers and cleaning the roads, developing recommended scenic spots in the area, and sharing information about them. There are currently 15 designated routes and two candidate routes, with approximately 500 groups taking part. NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office is also participating in this initiative. NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office is a collaborative project between Hokkaido and the Hokkaido Tourism Promotion Organization with the aim of supporting the tourism industry in various parts of Hokkaido that was hit by the Large of the new coronavirus infection and recovering tourism demand. I am participating in a certain "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Project".

As a collaboration between "NEXCO EAST NEXCO!" Based on the philosophy of this project, we will make efforts to boost tourism in our beloved Hokkaido.
