To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the opening of Misato Junction (hereinafter "JCT"), NEXCO EAST Misato Management Office (Misato City, Saitama Prefecture) and Misato City are looking for participants for a photo shoot to be held on the rooftop of the Misato Management Office building (first come, first served).
This is an event where you can capture the charm of Misato JCT on camera from the rooftop of the NEXCO Management Office, which is normally off-limits to the public. Why not take this opportunity to take some memorable photos?
If you wish, we can also photograph vehicles used on Expressway, such as patrol cars.

1. Date and Time
   Thursday, November 13, 2020
   Daytime session: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
   Evening session: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
   • In the event of rain, the event will be postponed to the same time the following day (if it rains on the postponed day, the event will not be held).

   • Approximately 10 minutes by taxi from Misato Station on the JR Musashino Line
     Approximately 3 minutes walk from the Tobu Bus "Ryutsu Danchi Kita" stop
   • If you wish to come by car, please state this in the email you send when applying. Please note that there is a limited number of parking spaces, so we ask that you use public transportation whenever possible.
3. Number of people recruiting
   10 people each for the daytime and evening sessions
   • Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • The event will be held even if the number of participants is less than the capacity.
4. Eligibility
   Anyone
   • Junior high school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will be counted as one person.
5. How to Apply
   Please apply by email. Please write "Misato JCT Photo Session" in the subject line.

   • As the event is on a first-come, first-served basis, you will not be able to participate once the capacity has been reached.
   • If your participation is confirmed, we will contact you.
   • If you are a junior high school student or younger, please also include the name of the accompanying parent or guardian.
   • Please note that we may not be able to reply if there are any errors in the information you provide.
   • You may attend both the day and evening sessions, but as there is no space for you to wait for long periods of time, we ask that you leave the venue and then regroup.

• Photography of Expressway vehicles such as patrol cars will only be permitted during the daytime session.
