The following East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd., Ltd. corporate bonds (general collateral, with independent administrative corporation Japan Expressway holding / debt repayment mechanism overlapping debt underwriting clause) and East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd., Ltd. corporate bonds (general collateral, independent administrative corporation Japan Expressway holding)・ With regard to the debt repayment mechanism (with a coexisting debt underwriting clause), on March 31, 4th year of the Ordinance, the Independent Administrative Institution Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Organization undertook the debt, and in solidarity with East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.. We are pleased to inform you that the bond manager has confirmed that the provisions related to the management consignment contract for the following corporate bonds have been approved by the East Nippon Expressway Limited and Debt Repayment Organization.
