Congestion near the Joban Expressway Misato Junction (JCT) decreased

  • On Sunday, November 27, 2005, the opening of the Gaikan Expressway Misato JCT-Misato Minami IC and the improvement of the lamps of the Joban Expressway Misato JCT (In-bound line) were completed.
  • Compared to the same period last year, the traffic volume on the Joban Expressway (In-bound line) increased. (Vehicle detector data)

  • The reasons for the decrease in traffic congestion include the reduction in traffic congestion on the connected Metropolitan Expressway [traffic congestion (2)], the extension effect of the opening of the Outer Ring Road Misato JCT-Misato Minami IC, and the Misato JCT Joban Expressway to the outer ring road.
