NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Shigejiro Yagi) will offer ETC on Yokohama Yokosuka Road from 00:00 on October 31, 2006 (Tuesday) in order to develop a toll service that will satisfy our customers. We will introduce the time discounts we have used on a trial basis.

(Kariba Interchange-Sahara Interchange, Kanazawa Branch Line)
2 Discount details
ETC Early Morning Night Discount: Discount rate up to 50%
(Discount application conditions)
(1) Travel at the entrance toll gate by ETC wireless communication
(2) Pass the entrance or exit toll gate between 22:00 and 6:00
[If both (1) and (2) are met, the discount will be applied]
3 Discount start date
From Tuesday, October 31, 2006 0:00
- With regard to the application of this discount, it is decided to consider whether to implement it from the next fiscal year onward, taking into consideration profitability and other factors.
Usage example (normal car)
When using the Kariba Interchange-Sahara Interchange with the conditions for ETC early morning and night discounts
[Regular fee] 1,200 yen
[ETC early morning and night discount rate] 600 yen
Notice
If you inflow before 22:00 and flow out after 6 pm, the ETC midnight discount will be applied.
(Discount rate up to 30%)
When entering/exiting from an interchange that does not have a toll booth, the discount will be judged at the time of passage at the toll booth below.
