NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Chairman of the Board: Shigejiro Yagi), at the board of directors meeting held today, nominates the candidates for officers to be submitted to the second general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on June 28, 2007. We decided as follows.
Full-time Audit & Supervisory Board Members will be selected at the Audit & Supervisory Board meeting held after the shareholders meeting.
