We developed a new regional menu with the hope that it would be a chance for "Danran", and 10 chefs who won the qualifying session in the 7 blocks of the East Japan region competed in the final competition aiming to win the championship. ..

At the final competition, Mr. Kenichi Chen, the representative of "Sichuan Hotel", was appointed as the chairman of the judging committee. As a result of the judgment by a total of 8 judges, the Grand Prix was sent by Chef Hirofumi Igarashi of the Sendai block Chojahara SA (In-bound line).
