NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) was temporarily suspended due to entry restrictions following the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station on March 11, 2011. Restoration of the Joban Expressway Regarding maintenance work, we have decided to restart the restoration and maintenance of sections where the radiation dose is less than 3.8 μSv/h (equivalent to 20 mSv/year).

For sections of 3.8 μSv/h or more, the decontamination model project conducted by the Ministry of the Environment (Ministry of the Environment website: http://www.env.go.jp/ The restoration and maintenance work will be carried out based on the above results.
