East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.
NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) decided at the board of directors meeting held today the candidates for officers to be proposed for the 7th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 28, 2012 as follows.
A representative director will be selected at the board meeting held after the shareholders meeting.

Hiroshi Hirose, Representative Director (new appointment)
Director Akio Tsuchiya (reappointed)
Director Mikio Kashima (reappointed)
Director Shinichi Saito (reappointed)
Director Satoshi Nagao (reappointed)
Director Taiji Yamauchi (reappointed)
Representative Director Tatsuo Sato, Director Shinichi Ishikawa, Director Katsuji Kubotera, Director Hideki Komatsu and Director Tatsuo Suzuki are scheduled to retire at the conclusion of the above-mentioned Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
