East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.
NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) appointed directors and corporate auditors at the 13th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today, and at the Board of Directors Meeting held after the General Meeting of Shareholders, the following representative directors were selected.
Regarding the personnel affairs of the Company (representative directors and corporate auditors), the officers who need the approval of the minister having jurisdiction according to the Cabinet decision ("Current policy for personnel affairs of special companies" (May 18, 2010)) A third party has established a committee to evaluate the candidates and it is said that the committee will evaluate them as being qualified as officers.
