令和2年12月16日（水）～18日（金）の関越道集中降雪による大規模な滞留車両の発生では、お客さまや地域住民の皆さまにはご迷惑をおかけし、大変申し訳ございませんでした。
今回の対応について令和2年12月21日（月）に開催された「関越道集中降雪を踏まえた緊急協議会」を踏まえて、課題と原因を検証し、再発防止のため、大雪時に当面実施する対応策についてとりまとめましたのでお知らせします。
弊社としましては、今回とりまとめた対応策を確実に実施し、また、中長期的な対策について引き続き検討を進め、今後の大雪時の対応に万全を尽くして参ります。事実関係、検証結果及び対応については別紙をご参照ください。
