Until now, this discount has been applied only to pre-registered privately-owned vehicles, but for those who do not own a privately-owned vehicle and use a car owned by an acquaintance or a rental car, or for persons with severe disabilities who need nursing care. Discounts will also be applied to vehicles that have not been pre-registered, such as when using a taxi. In addition, regardless of whether or not the car is pre-registered, it is necessary to apply for this discount in advance.
At the same time, the pre-registration procedure, which has been done with the cooperation of municipal welfare offices, will now be available for those who pre-register their own car and apply for ETC without going to the counter. We will introduce a new online application so that you can
