NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is working to improve labor productivity and work styles, as the shortage of drivers for trucks and other vehicles that support domestic logistics continues to progress. A demonstration experiment of the connected truck parking reservation system will begin at 12:00 on Tuesday, March 19, 2020 at Tohoku Expressway Nasu Kogen Service Area (SA) (In-bound). This is the first of its kind in our jurisdiction, and applies to fully trailered vehicles over 21m in length that are equipped with ETC2.0.

2. How to use

  1. Member registration:
    Please register as a member (monitor) in advance.
  2. reservation:
    Please make a reservation online at least 2 weeks to 3 hours in advance.
  3. Usage:
    At the Nasu Kogen SA (In-bound) reserved parking lot, reserved vehicles are identified using ETC2.0.
  • Depending on the status of the demonstration experiment, the reservation system (number of reserved parking spaces, reservation reception hours, maximum reservation time, applicable vehicle types, etc.) may be changed.

3． How to register as a member (monitor) and accept reservations

　令和6年2月20日（火）14時から会員（モニター）登録（※）を、令和6年3月5日（火）12時からご予約を以下のWEBサイト（NEXCO中日本共通サイト）で承ります。

  • 令和6年2月20日（火）以前でも会員（モニター）登録は可能ですが、2月20日（火）に弊社エリアの追加に伴い利用規約の変更を予定していることから、同日以降の変更規約同意が必要となります。
  • Due to the same reservation system as NEXCO CENTRAL, reservations are accepted on NEXCO CENTRAL reservation site.
    Additionally, we may ask members (monitors) to participate in questionnaire surveys or monitor meetings, so we appreciate your cooperation.
