NEXCO EAST The Miyagi Prefectural Road Public Corporation, NEXCO CENTRAL, NEXCO WEST, the Miyagi Prefectural Road Public Corporation and the Hyogo Prefectural Road Public Corporation will offer the "Touring Plan" for a limited time only for motorcycles equipped with ETC, with the aim of stimulating demand for touring, thereby revitalizing tourist attractions and touring spots spread throughout the region and promoting the use of Expressway.
This plan is a planning discount product that allows unlimited rides on Expressway for a fixed price for up to 2 or 3 days in the applicable area (depending on the date, time and section of use, the price may be half the regular fare, making it a great value).
In addition to the continuation of last year's plan, a new "Tohoku/Sanriku Course" has been added, and a new "Chukyo Area Tomei/Chuo Route Course Wide" has been established by expanding the coverage area of the "Chukyo Area Tomei/Chuo Route Course" to a total of 22 courses that allow passengers to enjoy touring spots in various regions.
You can apply for the tour even just before the tour, taking into account the weather and other factors on the day of the tour (no cancellation fee will be charged before the tour is used). Please feel free to apply via the official websites of NEXCO companies from your smart phone or other devices.

Touring plan

(1) Target period

Monday, April 1, 2020 - Saturday, November 30, 2020

• Each course in Hokkaido runs from Monday, April 1, 2020 to Thursday, October 31, 2020.

(2) Target vehicle

A motorcycle that can run on a Expressway by ETC wireless communication

(3) Course, plan fee, application

• Applications will be accepted starting from 2:00 pm on Monday, March 25th.

• Depending on the date and time of use and the sector, the regular fare or the fare with the ETC time zone discount may be cheaper. Please check the charges for the planned route on the official websites of NEXCO companies in advance before using.
• There is no limit to the number of times you can apply for this plan.
• If you do not use this plan after applying, please cancel before using the Expressway. (There is no cancellation fee.)
• Unlike cars, motorcycles are easily affected by the weather such as wind and rain, and there is nothing to protect the body in the event of an accident, so even a small accident can lead to a serious accident. Before using the Expressway, please check the weather forecast and cooperate for a safe and comfortable drive.

(4) How to use

• Please register as a member on the official website of each NEXCO company to which you apply for each course, then enter the date of use, ETC card information, ETC on-board unit management number, etc. and apply before use. ..
  • If you have already registered as a member, you do not need to register again.
• Please drive in the target area during the period of use of the application with the motorcycle equipped with the ETC card and ETC on-board unit registered at the time of application.
  • Please note that you will be charged a separate fee if you use the service that is not covered by the plan you applied for, such as when you drive outside the target area.

(Reference) When applying for a motorcycle fixed rate discount and a touring plan on the same day

• For driving within the target area of the touring plan, the touring plan that allows you to get on and off for a fixed amount will be given priority.
• For driving outside the area covered by the touring plan, the motorcycle fixed rate discount will be applied if the discount requirements for the motorcycle fixed rate discount are met.
