Regarding ETC tolls for Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway in fiscal year 2025

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Chiba Prefecture, and East Expressway East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. Limited are offering toll discounts and conducting social experiments on the CA Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway with the aim of revitalizing the local economy by making effective use of the expressway network and strengthening exchanges and cooperation in the metropolitan area.
This time, we would like to inform you about the tolls for the Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway for fiscal year 2025.

Weekday

We are offering a toll discount (800 yen for regular cars) for ETC-equipped vehicles (all vehicle types) until March 31, 2025. This toll discount will continue after fiscal year 2025 (until March 31, 2028).

• It may be reviewed depending on the budget situation of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and Chiba Prefecture.

Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays

Due to the severe congestion caused by the concentration of traffic at certain times on weekends and holidays, we have been conducting a social experiment on ETC time-specific pricing, which varies discount rates during certain times, since July 22, 2023.
The content of this social experiment will be modified and implemented from April 2025.
