NEXCO EAST, NEXCO CENTRAL, NEXCO WEST Japan, Miyagi Prefectural Road Public Corporation, Kyoto Prefectural Road Public Corporation and Hyogo Prefectural Road Public Corporation will be selling a total of 22 "Touring Plans" for a limited time only, exclusively for Expressway-equipped motorcycles, with the aim of stimulating touring demand, revitalizing tourist destinations and touring spots across the region, and promoting the use of expressways.

This plan is a special discount product that allows you to get on and off freely in Expressway of the target area for up to 2 or 3 days. Depending on the date, time and section of use, it will be about half the regular price, so you can use it at a great price.
In addition to continuing the plan implemented last year, this year's plan has Large the target areas of the "Kan-Etsu Expressway Tohoku Expressway Course", "Metropolitan Area Tomei/Chuo Expressway Course Wide", and "Kumamoto/Oita/Fukuoka Course", and has set up a total of 22 courses where you can enjoy more touring spots.
To use it, you need to apply in advance on the official websites of each NEXCO company, but depending on the weather on the day, you can apply with your smartphone or other device just before the ride. There is no cancellation fee before use, so please feel free to use it.

Touring plan

(1) Target period

Wednesday, April 1, 2020 - Monday, November 30, 2020

• The Hokkaido courses will run from April 1st, 2026 (Wednesday) to October 31st, 2026 (Saturday).

A motorcycle that can run on a Expressway by ETC wireless communication

(3) Course, plan fee, application

• Applications will be accepted starting at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

• Depending on the date and time of use and the sector, the regular fare or the fare with the ETC time zone discount may be cheaper. Please check the charges for the planned route on the official websites of NEXCO companies in advance before using.
• There is no limit to the number of times you can apply for this plan.
• If you do not use this plan after applying, please cancel before using the Expressway. (There is no cancellation fee.)
• Unlike cars, motorcycles are easily affected by weather such as wind and rain, and since there is nothing to protect the body in the event of an accident, even a minor accident can lead to a serious accident. Before using Expressway, please check the weather forecast and cooperate to ensure a safe and comfortable drive.

(4) How to use

• Please register as a member on the official website of each NEXCO company to which you apply for each course, then enter the date of use, ETC card information, ETC on-board unit management number, etc. and apply before use. ..
  • If you are already a member, you do not need to register again.
• Please use a motorcycle equipped with the ETC card and ETC onboard unit registered at the time of application, and drive within the applicable area during the period of use specified in your application.
  • Please note that if you drive outside the applicable area or use the service in a manner that is not covered by the plan you have applied for, you will be charged a separate fee.

• When riding within areas covered by a touring plan, priority will be given to the touring plan that allows unlimited boarding and disembarking.
• For driving outside the area covered by the touring plan, the motorcycle fixed rate discount will be applied if the discount requirements for the motorcycle fixed rate discount are met.
