NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will implement a point reward campaign as an incentive measure to encourage the staggering of departure times, with the aim of alleviating traffic congestion caused by holiday demand.
For customers using the E17 Kan-Etsu Kan-Etsu Expressway (In-bound lane) from Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza (hereinafter referred to as Karuizawa PSP), those who depart from Karuizawa PSP after 6 PM will receive up to 1,000 yen worth of digital points (QUO Card Pay) if they meet the specified conditions.
This campaign allows you to enjoy shopping and dining at Karuizawa PSP and then delay your departure time, enabling you to enjoy a more affordable experience while avoiding crowds.

Point earning conditions

Points will be awarded to those who meet the following three conditions.

  1. I stayed at Karuizawa PSP for more than 30 minutes.
  2. After 6 PM, press the checkout button on the web app, depart from Karuizawa PSP, and use Kan-Etsu Expressway (In-bound).
  3. Please answer the pre- and post-event questionnaires.

Points amount

The amount will be determined by lottery from among 1,000 yen, 500 yen, and 100 yen.

  • It will never be 0 yen.

This will be a digital point system (QUO Card Pay) that can be used at general commercial facilities, etc.

  1. User registration for the stamp rally service "furari"
  2. Check traffic congestion forecasts *1 and real-time traffic conditions *2.
  3. Enter on the day of the event and check the points you will be awarded (via lottery).
  4. Answer the pre-survey
  5. After arriving at Karuizawa PSP, press the check-in button on the web app (using location information).
  6. After checking in, I stayed at Karuizawa PSP for more than 30 minutes.
  7. After 6 PM, press the checkout button on the web app (using location information) and depart from Karuizawa PSP.
  8. If you are traveling to Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, or Kanagawa prefectures using Expressway including Kan-Etsu Expressway (In-bound),
  9. Responding to the post-event survey
  10. Points will be sent via email at a later date to those who meet the conditions.

The entire process described above, excluding (6) and (8), will be conducted using the web application stamp rally service "furari".

For items (2) through (9), please complete them on the day you use the Karuizawa PSP.
Additionally, if multiple people are traveling together as a group, only one person from each group is allowed to participate.
