Summary of the FY2025 Financial Results

We would like to inform you of the outline of NEXCO EAST 's (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) 21st fiscal year, fiscal year 2025 (ending March 2026).
The current fiscal year will run for one year, from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.

Key points of the FY2025 consolidated financial results

1. Regarding Expressway business, operating revenue increased by 100.6 billion yen compared to the previous year, reaching 1,198.4 billion yen, due to an increase in toll revenue and the value of completed road assets. Operating expenses increased by 103.1 billion yen compared to the previous year, reaching 1,202.5 billion yen, due to an increase in road asset lease fees, road asset completion costs, and management expenses to the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency").
   As a result, Expressway business incurred an operating loss of 4 billion yen (compared to an operating loss of 1.5 billion yen in the previous fiscal year).
   Furthermore, the cost of completed road assets includes expenditures on projects that contribute to safety measures and service improvements for Expressway, for which the debt will not be transferred to the organization.
2. Regarding the service area (SA) and parking area (PA) business, operating revenue increased by 500 million yen compared to the previous year, reaching 35.8 billion yen, while operating expenses increased by 1.1 billion yen compared to the previous year, reaching 32 billion yen, due to an increase in store sales.
   As a result, the SA/PA business generated an operating profit of 3.7 billion yen (compared to an operating profit of 4.2 billion yen in the previous year), and the entire related business, including contracted and other businesses, generated an operating profit of 4.6 billion yen (compared to an operating profit of 4.7 billion yen in the previous year).
3. In total, including Expressway business and related businesses, we achieved an operating profit of 500 million yen (compared to an operating profit of 3.1 billion yen in the previous fiscal year) and a net profit of 6.6 billion yen (compared to a net profit of 5.8 billion yen in the previous fiscal year).
