Request to customers who use ETC

Make sure that the ETC card is securely inserted into the in-vehicle device and that it works properly.
In the ETC lane, keep a sufficient distance between vehicles, decelerate to less than 20 km/h, and check that the opening/closing bar is open before passing.
The open/close bar will not open with an expired ETC card, so please check the expiration date before using.
