Sasson Expressway (Otaru direction) On the morning of the 6th, a property damage accident occurred due to the damage to the pavement in front of the bridge joint on the Kariki viaduct. (There are no injuries)

3 Outline of the accident
The pavement (about 50 cm long, about 10 cm thick, about 50 cm wide) in front of the joints of the Ganrai Viaduct was damaged, causing a puncture in a passing vehicle. There were no injuries.
4 Cause of damage
The cause of damage is under investigation.
5 Immediately before inspection
No abnormalities were found in the damaged area during the patrol on the day before the accident (February 5).
6 Recovery status
The damaged area will be restored immediately on the same day and there will be no hindrance to the current driving.
