East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. Hokkaido Regional Head Office
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism will start ITS Spot Service nationwide from March 30, 2011, in cooperation with each Expressway company. (Excluding Tohoku, Kanto (NEXCO EAST jurisdiction) and Niigata)
Regarding Hokkaido, we would like to inform you that the Hokkaido Development Bureau and the Hokkaido Regional Head Office East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. will start the service at 12:00 noon on March 30 (Wednesday).
