1. What is Dora Wari “HOKKAIDO LOVE!

This is an Expressway discount product limited to ETC vehicles that allows unlimited rides on Expressway in the target area in Hokkaido at a fixed rate. HOKKAIDO LOVE! Dotoku Free Pass and HOKKAIDO LOVE! Fuyu Toku Free Pass will be integrated and sold throughout the year.

2. Available period

From April 4, 2020 (Tuesday), we will sell products with different areas and prices from April to October and from November to March.

Period A: For use from April to October
(Note: Plans for up to 4 days are available for use starting on October 28)
Period B: For use from November to March
(Note: If you start using it on March 30, you can use the plan for up to 2 days.)

• Starting October 31st and March 31st, only day use is possible, but the price will be the same as for 2 days.
• We have a suspension period during the busy season. The suspension period for 2023 is from April 28 (Friday) to May 8 (Monday), August 10 (Thursday) to 16 (Wednesday), December 26 (Tuesday) to Reiwa 6 January 4th (Thursday).

Four. How to apply

We will start accepting applications from 14:00 on March 17 (Friday) until October 2023.
Please apply from "DraPla" before the start of use. You can apply even on the same day as long as it is before driving on Expressway.

2. Win a catalog gift by lottery! Questionnaire gift

If you answer a questionnaire after using Dotoku, a total of 100 people will be presented with a catalog gift "Hokkaido Seven Stars Gift" that collects Hokkaido specialties worth 4,000 yen.
This year, a total of 100 people, 50 people who used Michitoku during period A and 50 people who used Michitoku during period B, will receive gifts.

Precautions for use

1. Even if the total toll charge during the period of use is less than the Toku Toku charge, the plan charge will not be refunded.
