NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo) and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) have extended the sales period for the Dorawari "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Michitoku Free Pass x Sunflower Transfer Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "this plan") until Wednesday, March 31, 2027, due to popular demand.
This plan is available to customers using Mitsui O.S.K. Lines' Sunflower service between the Tokyo metropolitan area and Hokkaido, and allows unlimited access to all Expressway within Hokkaido for a fixed price. Starting on Wednesday, October 1st, the number of days of use will be Large to a maximum of eight days.
The regular "Michitoku Free Pass (A Period) ^*" costs 10,700 yen (standard car) for 4 days, but with this plan you can use it for 4 days for just 7,700 yen (standard car), making it a better value plan, so please take this opportunity to use Expressway and enjoy your trip to Hokkaido to the fullest.

1. Plan Overview

• This plan is for customers who use ETC.
• If you are using a rental car with an ETC onboard unit, you can use this plan using your ETC card.
• Excludes periods of high traffic congestion such as Golden Week, Obon, Silver Week, New Year's holidays, and three-day weekends.

2. How to use

1. Please complete your reservation and purchase for the "Sunflower (Oarai to Tomakomai)" on the Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Sunflower website.
2. Please apply for this plan from the URL attached to the Sunflower reservation completion email.
   • You must apply for the ferry and this plan by the day before the Sunflower departs. When applying, please set the start date for this plan to be the day or the day after you disembark.
3. Please display the complimentary ticket screen from the URL pasted in the application completion email for this plan and save a screenshot. (While the ferry is sailing, there are sections where radio waves cannot reach.)
4. After boarding, please present a screenshot of the discount coupon to enjoy the discount service at the Sunflower onboard shop.
5. After arriving in Hokkaido, insert the ETC card with the number entered at the time of application into the on-board unit and use Expressway.

3. Benefits etc.

1. ETC Mileage Service Point Plus Campaign
   If you apply for and use our Dorawari discount plan for a weekday-only period, we are currently running a campaign in which you will receive additional ETC mileage points worth 15% of the Dorawari discount price. For details, please see "DraPla Please check here.
2. E-NEXCO point present
   Customers using E-NEXCO pass will receive 50 E-NEXCO points in addition to regular points.

4. Survey giveaway

4. Precautions for Use

1. Depending on the section you are using, the day of the week, and the time of day, it may be cheaper to use the ETC time-of-day discount.
2. If you use this plan with a rental car, you must use your own ETC card. Rental ETC cards cannot be used.
3. You cannot change the vehicle during the rental period.
4. If there are any changes or cancellations to the planned date of use of this plan due to a ferry delay or cancellation, please be sure to make the changes or cancellation procedures on your Dorawari My Page.
