　NEXCO東日本北海道支社（札幌市厚別区）は、ETC車限定で北海道内すべての高速道路が定額で乗り降り自由となるドラ割「HOKKAIDO LOVE! 道トクふりーぱす」（略称・道トク）を、3月24日（火）14時から販売開始します。
　旅行のご予定に合わせて、春から秋（4月～11月）と冬（12月～3月）でエリアや価格が異なる複数のプランと利用特典をご用意しました。
　利用期間中は高速道路を使えば使うほどお得になるこの商品を活用し、四季折々の魅力あふれる北海道内の旅をお楽しみください。

1. Period A:
   April 1st (Wednesday) - December 6th (Sunday), 2020
   • Free access to all Expressway in Hokkaido

3. 3. How to apply

1. Sales for Period A will begin on Tuesday, March 24th at 2 PM. Please apply through "DraPla" before you start using Expressway. You can apply on the day of travel as long as it is before you start driving on Expressway.
2. The start date for sales of Period B (for services starting from December 2026) is yet to be determined. We will announce it on our website as soon as it is decided.

4. Important points to note when using the service

1. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after you have started using this product. Therefore, please carefully check weather and traffic information before departure. Cancellation is possible before you start driving on Expressway.
2. Even if the toll fees incurred during the usage period are less than the "Michi-Toku" rate, the difference will not be refunded.
   Please note that depending on the distance and time of day you travel, using ETC discounts may be cheaper than using "Michi-Toku" (road discount). Please consider this carefully before applying.
3. If you are using this plan with a rental car, please be sure to use your own ETC card.
   Rental ETC cards cannot be used.

5. Survey giveaway

After using "MichiToku," if you answer the survey on the dedicated page, you will be entered into a drawing to win a 2,000 yen QUO card. A total of 100 winners will be selected (60 winners during Period A, 40 winners during Period B).

7. Great deals and campaigns

(1) ETC Mileage Service Point Plus Campaign

We are currently running a campaign where customers who apply for and use our discounted toll package for weekday use only will receive an additional 15% of the discounted toll package price in ETC mileage points.
