On May 13, Tochigi Prefectural Police announced that at the Tohoku Expressway Urawa Main Line tollgate, those who broke through without paying tolls were suspected of violating the Road Maintenance Special Measures Act.

This case resulted in the inspection of documents due to the fact that our company notified the Tochigi Prefectural Police.

We have taken a strong stance of “don't allow unauthorized traffic” to take measures such as installing unauthorized traffic surveillance cameras, so as not to damage customers' trust in the toll road business. , We believe that the inspection of documents by a person who has committed malicious traffic will help ensure fairness in toll charges and prevent unauthorized traffic.

We will continue to take a resolute attitude against unauthorized traffic and will actively cooperate with police investigations to tackle unauthorized traffic.

The suspect will be checked for toll charges and will be charged a surcharge (twice the illegal toll charge) in addition to the illegal toll charge.
