Due to stormy weather, the night traffic closure scheduled for today between 21:00 and 6:00 the next morning between Tsurugashima Junction (JCT) and Higashimatsuyama Interchange (IC) on the Kan-Etsu Expressway was postponed to the same time on Wednesday, July 4th. It was

Closure and construction overview
(1) Section: Tsurugashima JCT between Kan-Etsu Expressway and Higashimatsuyama IC (extension 11.3km)
- For Tsurugashima JCT, Ken-O Road from Kan-Etsu Expressway Tokyo area and Kan-Etsu Expressway from the Tokyo area Ken-O Road ramp to it is available.
- The Kosaka service area will also be closed at 20 o'clock, one hour before the road is closed.
(2) Date and time: Wednesday, July 4, 2012 from 21:00 to 6:00 the next morning (9 hours)
- In case of stormy weather, it will be postponed to the same time zone the next day.
- In case of stormy weather, the decision to stop at night will be made at 14:00 on the day of implementation.
(3) Outline of construction
