From the Togane JCT of the national highway No. 468 Ken-o Expressway (Ken-O Road) to the Kisarazu East IC (extension 42.9 km), where the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Kanto Regional Development Bureau and East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. are working together It opened on Saturday, April 27th at 14:00.
