The Tokyo Outer Ring Road (Misato Minami IC-(tentative name) Takaya JCT) is jointly operated by the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.
So far, we have made our utmost efforts toward the opening of the road in 2015, but it takes more time than expected to acquire the site, and at the intersection with the railway, after the construction starts, the geology in advance Since the ground was found to be worse than the survey results, and it took time to carry out ground improvement work to ensure the safety of railway operations, the opening of the road in 2015 became a difficult situation.
We will inform you that we have set the opening target for 2017 as a result of scrutinizing the process.
